Veritas (vair-i-tahs), meaning "truth" in latin. Veritas Real Estate Company strives to provide exactly this for it's clients. Veritas Real Estate Company was started with one word in mind: TRUTH. In our company, we holdfast: what we believe, speak, act, and do has significant impact and forms our character. Simply speaking what is true is strength and reflects who we are. The others may teach good salesmanship is to bend, maneuver, adapt, sugarcoat and avoid the truth, but at what expense? At Veritas we seek to keep true to ourselves, our values, and to our clients. Being in truth is staying steadfast in our values. We never change who we are or adapt different beliefs for the sake of a sale.

I grew up in the Texas Hill Country and was born with a love of hunting, fishing, agriculture, and land. My family for generations has made it's living off cotton farming in the South Plains, cattle ranching, and goat & lamb ranching.... owning a slice of Texas in many different areas. I graduated Texas Tech University in 2011, and shortly after pursued a career in real estate sales. After a few years of successfully selling and investing in residential properties, I knew it was time for me to dedicate my profession in an area I love and have a passion for: land. I decided to create Veritas Real Estate Company in 2019 to focus on farm and land sales. I am happily married and a father to 3 sons and a daughter.

DENNIS "BUZZ" WHITE
Realtor
Dennis is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He is married to Donna and they have a total of 6 children and 30 grandchildren. He is doing his part to keep the real estate market strong!
He started his career in real estate in 1997, in Springfield, MO. Dennis was involved with residential real estate for 5 years when he began working with a builder/developer. Together they developed five successful subdivisions in the Springfield area.
Desiring to return to his roots, he returned to the Lubbock area in 2012 and received his Texas license the following year. In 2017 he began working with investors to find, purchase and develop property in the Lubbock area. The first subdivision was opened in June, 2020. Kubie Estates has completed Phase 1 and are planning Phase 2 for this Spring.
He is also representing developers in The Woodrow area.

Cody Thurman
Realtor
Cody is a senior at Texas Tech University pursuing a dual major in Ag and Applied
Economics/Business Administration, as well as a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate. He
grew up in Saint Jo, Texas. While there he was raised in the family cattle business and worked
on local ranches. After completing his TREC licensing, extensive training and experience from
the TTU Real Estate Organization, and two local real estate internships he joined the team at
Veritas Real Estate Company. He is proud to represent the team and their values.
